How easy is it for me to enter a hypnotic state?

If you can follow a story, daydream, or get lost in thought… you already know how to enter hypnosis. Hypnosis isn’t something done to you - it’s something that happens with you ad by you.. Most people find it easier than expected… and some don’t even realise how deeply they went until they notice what’s shifted afterward.

Will I remain in total control?

Yes. Hypnosis helps you reconnect with what you truly want — not what fear, habit, or old patterns decided for you. You’ll hear everything, remember what you choose, and stay in charge the whole time. You might just feel clearer than you’ve felt in a long while.

Is guided hypnosis safe?

Hypnosis is a natural, focused state — similar to what you experience when absorbed in a good book or lost in thought. In skilled hands, it’s safe, respectful, and deeply relaxing. Many people describe it as a calm space where old noise fades, and the right next step becomes obvious.

How likely is it to work for me?

That question is more common than you might imagine. And often, it belongs to the part of you that’s already tried hard to figure things out consciously - and just needs permission to stop trying so hard. When your inner mind is gently guided, results don’t need certainly… just your willingness to follow along and enjoy the ride.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?

Hypnosis can work where insight alone hasn't shifted things. Unlike talking about the problem endlessly, we speak to the part of your mind that already knows how to change - that part beneath the surface that makes decisions, feelings, habits. You don’t have to explain it all… just want something better.

How long does it take to work?

For many people, just one session is enough. Because we aim straight at the root, change can begin surprisingly quickly. Some return for a follow-up - not always because they need it, but because something else has opened up they’re now ready to shift to an even deeper level.

I’m sceptical — does that matter?

Not at all. In fact, sceptical clients often make the best progress - because they stay engaged, observant, curious. You don’t have to “believe” in hypnosis. You just need to be willing to explore what might happen when the usual filters soften and something new becomes possible.

What happens in a session?

We begin with a relaxed conversation — what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and what outcome would feel like success. Then, when you’re comfortable, we guide you into hypnosis - a calm, focused state - where your mind can begin to respond differently. Many leave feeling lighter, clearer… changed and, certainly, more relaxed!

Where are the sessions held?

Sessions take place at a comfortable clinic room in Marylebone, Central London at 93 Gloucester Place. It’s a private, professional space in a modern, well equipped building designed to help you feel safe, focused, and at ease.

How long is a session?

The first session is 90 minutes. We allow time to understand the full picture and create lasting change - including a 30–40 minute precision guided hypnotic induction as needed. Follow-up sessions, if desired, are 60 minutes.

Do I need more than one session?

In many cases, a single session achieves what’s needed. Sometimes clients choose to return for a top-up or to explore new territory. There’s no pressure - just support if you want it.

Can I learn more about how effective it is without committing?

Absolutely. A free 15-minute consultation is available — to ask questions, get a feel for the approach, and decide whether it’s the right fit for you. No pressure, just possibility.
