There’s a pattern I’ve lived. A familiar loop - reaction, behaviour, regret. And even when I know better… it shows up again.

It’s easy to feel stuck. But when I get quiet, I can sometimes sense that this old pattern isn’t here to hurt me. It’s here because a part of me once thought I needed it.

And maybe that part just hasn’t heard the update.

In hypnosis, we find we don’t need to fight these loops. We just invite the Inner Mind to learn something new. A better way. A gentler way. And when that part understands… the old response just isn’t necessary anymore.

What I Might Try:

When I notice the loop rising…
I pause.
And I say inside: “I hear you. Thank you. And I’m ready to do this differently now.”

Then I wait.
And sometimes, that pause is enough for everything to change.
