Sometimes One Moment Is Enough

And sometimes it already happened. We just haven’t noticed yet.

I used to think change had to take time. That I had to understand everything before I could feel different. But more and more, I find that it only takes a moment—and sometimes, that moment has already happened. It just hasn't been heard yet.

That’s the beauty of the Inner Mind. It doesn’t need long conversations or careful logic. It needs access. Attention. A moment of connection.

Hypnosis offers that. And when it lands, the shift feels familiar… like something we always knew was coming.

Something We Can Do:

I might close my eyes… just for a breath.

And imagine a moment - real or imagined - where I knew something had changed.
A decision was made. An action was taken.

I let it return.

And then I ask that deeper part:

“Where is this happening again… now?”

Because the moment we’re waiting for… might already be waiting for us.
